real estate: Good Luck and Superstitions - 03/17/15 09:25 AM
Today we heard it a hundred times, “it’s the luck of the Irish.”  Last week there were mumblings about “Friday the 13th.”  
 
In the past few days, I’ve given some thought to superstitions.  Yesterday (Monday) I celebrated a rather significant birthday, but began the festivities on Sunday – why?  It is believed that you should only celebrate your birthday earlier or on your actual birth day.  If you celebrate it after it is considered very bad luck.  I'm lucky though, since I'm Irish I'm able to celebrate once again.  So if you decide to throw a belated surprise birthday … (21 comments)

In Central PA, it's unlikely you would ever recoup 100% of your investment on landscaping upgrades. Make sure any money spent on the outside of your home goes towards curb (and yard) appeal and your own personal enjoyment for the time you plan to spend in the home.

All day long, from the minute I woke up until I shut it off at night and went to sleep, I was on the phone constantly, mostly responding to text messages that could have been answered in a two minute phone call.*
Texting can serve a purpose, but really, if you want to Talk to someone, then talk, let them hear your voice, feelings one on one. If you chose not to, then you leave interpretation up to your words, or lack thereof.
