Phone Scam Alert- Don’t press 90# I was just informed that there is a new scam for outsiders to make long distance phone calls on your bill. This has been checked out through SNOPES and AT&T. A person may call your home number, identifying themself as an AT&T Service Technician (could also be Telus) who is conducting a test on the telephone lines. Light to bright in the room you are taking a photo in? Here's a great tip.. First, frame your photo in the viewfinder. Then, move your camera to focus on another part of the room that's not pointed at a window. Press your camera's shutter button halfway to lock the exposure in. Move your camera back into position for the original view where the light is/ window. Press the shutter button the rest of the way down and take a picture. Go ahead try it. You'll thank me later. Foreclosure List?

I've been looking for a good on-line foreclosure list for several days now. I've searched and searched but all of the websites I've checked are not updated on a regular basis. I would find an active foreclosure that was on the list, and then I would check it in my MLS. I've found that most of them were closed 3-5 months ago etc..... I've decided the only way around this is to physically add them into my web page at www.bettymyrealtor.com and update it weekly through my MLS search. Therefore I know it's current.Does anyone else have any other suggestions on Foreclosure lists or do I have the right idea?
