housing: Property Personalities Can Be A Good Thing

Over the years I have learned a lot about "property personalities." I have managed a variety of property types, including condominium conversions in California to market apartments and Section 8 housing in Arkansas. While rents vary among these property types, one thing holds true across the spectrum: properties become homes to the people who live there. Property personalities are formed by the various tenants who reside in the complex. Senior housing will have different needs and wants than the apartments full of college students, young families, or singles.
