It has been a long time since my last directly written blog post. So much has happened, yes I did finally settle my first sale and even attended the housewarming party. I had a couple of rental closes and my office moved from Solomons to Lusby... I have my own cubicle finally, nice shiny new gold Century 21 New Millennium name badge AND YES!!! a Key to the office and MY BUSINESS CARDS are in my hands and ready too go. I had my first open house this weekend. It was an experience to say the least. My only hope is that I will have an opportunity to do another and it go smoother and perform better. I am a very new agent and am kind of working as an assistant to an established agent until I can learn the ropes and earn my way to working on my own business base. I found this great article that describes why southern Maryland has become the sought after place to relocate. Southern Maryland's unemployment rate is one of the Lowest in the State of Maryland and in comparison to the Nation worth considering when relocating....Reported by The Baynet:
