arizona real estate: Does a short sale really help anyone?

Short sales are a fact of life right now. Are our clients helped with a short sale? So far my clients that have inquired about short sales have not been able to work anything out with the bank. As everyone here knows the banks are very slow to respond to any inquiries. How many times have you called the bank only to find out your contact's voice mail is full (and it has been for days)? A colleague of mine is near the end of a long drawn out short sale deal. His comment to me is that it just doesn't seem worth … (8 comments)

There was a very strange sequence events that happened to me in the recent past that lead me to have to make a tough decision. Was I just paranoid? Could something be wrong? What should I do? I had a potential buyer call off one of my signs to preview a home. We talked for a bit and I asked if they were working with another Realtor. The answer was no.
