Overview:
As you will see in this Denver Real Estate Market Update for March, the Market was pretty much selling every home that was listed in February!  I would expect the inventory of homes to improve a little over the next few months as we enter what is traditionally a stronger listing period.  The bottom line is that inventory is king, and now is a great time to sell a home.  If you know anyone who may be thinking about selling, please let me know.

Overview
There has been a measurable rise in Denver real estate sales to start 2014!
January 2014 boasted an increase in dollar volume and in the number of closed transactions within the Metro Denver real estate market.  The big story is limited inventory of homes for sale.  If you have been thinking of selling, now is the time.  Don’t wait until spring, when the number of homes for sale normally increases.  You will have less competition now.

denver area real estate: Residents of Parker Fire District to See Lower Tax Bill - 02/17/14 09:10 AM


The Parker Fire District Board of Directors at their November meeting made a big decision that should results in the residentsof Parker seeing their property tax bill lowered.  The board cut the levy assessment by one mil at their November meeting. They were able to do so as a result of innovative budget cuts along with more than expected revenues.
Dan Qualman , Fire chief said, “Rather than keep more money than we needed, we decided to give the money back to the residents.” Residents of Parker Fire District have been paying 13.978 mils a year in property taxes … (0 comments)

NOVEMBER 2012
Overview
Once again the trends are confirming a greatly improved year for 2012 for the Denver Real Estate Market!  Some notable stats are shown below as we see Median Prices versus a year ago up by 9%, Average Number of Days on the Market down by 26% and Sold Units up by 19%. Inventory is still very low and is down 30% from a year ago.  If you know anyone who is thinking of selling their home, now is a great time to sell!
