parker colorado: Metro Denver Real Estate Market Update – February 2018
- 02/28/18 04:11 PM
Despite a dip in sales year-over-year, January 2018 data showed a very active month for the Greater Metro Denver housing market. Over 4,000 homes went under contract – a 34% increase from last month and 9% higher than this time last year. With the market picking up from the typical year-end slow-down, January 2018 showed a strong start in Denver’s housing market. New listings, homes under contract, and average sold price for single family homes were all up year-over-year. While weeks-of-inventory remained unchanged from last year, the low number hints at the challenge of limited inventory for home buyers in Colorado. Low Inventory

- 03/25/11 06:36 AM
Denver home owners will be interested in a recent Keeping Current Matters article, which discussed the outcomes of the federal government's Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). TARP was, in part, funded to help maintain house values in the wake of the nation's economic crisis. The program was intended to help avoid foreclosures, after it was determined that the US economic market would be unable to manage the number of foreclosures that were happening. Regarding real estate, TARP funds were to be used “…in a manner that protects home values, college funds, retirement accounts, and life savings; preserves home ownership

parker colorado: Bringing Home the Savings to Parker, CO
- 05/13/09 02:15 PM
In our crazy economy, when prices are going up on everything and when income is staying the same or decreasing for many families, it's necessary to find ways to save. Let's face it - most of us have little say in the price of gasoline, electricity, or groceries. A homeowner has to find ways to save money when possible. This is why many shoppers find coupons a necessity. Most us have great war stories about much we saved at Macy's when the store offered a %-off coupon. For those of you who have studied and mastered the art of using them, coupons can save
