brandon realtor: K Hovnanian Bus Tour of Models - Brandon, Valrico, Litha, Riverview - 08/17/12 05:51 AM
As a participant of this tour, members of our office, Florida's Beautiful Homes, benefited greatly by becoming familiar with five different model new homes in five different communities in the area of Tampa that we predominantly work. And we were able to accomplish what would probably have taken a couple of days in about in about 4 hours. We are always looking to save time in the real estate business and this tour accomplished that nicely.
Our hats go off to K. Hovanian and their Tampa office for a brilliant idea and piece of marketing.

brandon realtor: 5 Most Costly Mistakes You Can Avoid When Pricing Your Home - 07/01/12 04:38 AM
Avoid the 5 Most Costly Mistakes You Can Make When Pricing Your Tampa Bay Area Home—Here’s How! brandon realtor: My How Things Have Changed - 08/30/11 04:16 AM
I remember when I first got my real estate license, way back when in 1985. Listen up all you kids, as a real estate agent in those days I had to walk to work barefoot in the snow, uphill, both ways. A cup of coffee cost 5¢, a gallon of gas was 35¢... oh wait, wrong memory, sorry. Anyway, way back in 1985 it was important that a real estate agent have prospects that wanted to either buy and or sell real estate. Back then you needed to constantly be prospecting and looking for folks that met these criteria and that … (2 comments)

brandon realtor: Brandon, Florida History - 02/12/08 11:15 PM
As outlined on Wikipedia, the free internet encyclopedia
Brandon's history began on January 20, 1857, when John Brandon arrived at Fort Brooke (now Tampa) from Mississippi with his wife Martha and six sons. At first he moved his family to what is now the Seffner area.
