The overall real estate market might suck these days -- but that doesn't mean you can't blow the roof off your revenue. Those of us who've been in the business for years have seen this before and, if we were paying attention, may have learned a few survival skills. The first of these is adaptability. Contrary to the popular opinion that young people are more likely to try new things, I've actually found that younger (or at least newer) agents who only know one way of doing it may actually be less likely to change.
