Have you ever been to a Snitz Fest ? Well this Saturday I'm heading to the historic Han Herr House to participate in the annual festival. Each year's festival invites you to experience early American crafts, farm life and of course foods. I'll be sampling the dozens of traditional foods and jump into several hands-on activities. Costomed artisans will be demonstrating Pennsylvania German and Native American skills such as out door baking, scrubbing laundry with a washboard, churning butter, heckling flax and splitting shingles.
