Fishhawk Ranch Food Truck Rally and Benefit Fishhawk Ranch, located in Lithia Fl, is hosting the 2nd annual food truck rally, at the Osprey Club parking lot, January 11th. At least 15 food trucks will show off their culinary, food truck, arts to the Fishhawk Ranch residents and visitors to the area. Last years rally was such as success, it was evident it would become an annual pleasure. Besides enjoying the Food Truck Rally, attendees have the opportunity to support the worthy organization Seeds of Hope Lithia.
