There is not a lot of info out there about the online Hispanic real estate market. Last month I was interviewed by about this market. Here are some of the topics we covered:

Hola, Como estan?
A big shout out to all the NAHREP community that was able to make it to the regional conference in Anaheim. It was a blast! The vibe was great. As always I made some new friends, learned a ton and got a great lift of energy from the group. This event made me even more FIRED UP for the national conference in Phoenix. If you haven't booked yet, you should get on it!
Also a big felicitaciones/congrats to the local leadership and national support that helped pull this off. It was a fantastic event!

I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with past NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) board member, Yamila Ayad. Yamila is passionate about serving the Hispanic home buyer/borrower with integrity. She, along with other real estate professionals, like Tino Diaz, crafted a document that details a Code of Ethics for real estate practitioners to follow. In the Latino community, there is a great lack of information tailored specifically to home buyers that prefer to communicate in Spanish and unfortunately this has lead to people getting into mortgages that become problematic.
