Imagine showing a big city condominium with one of these hanging out of the window! If your baby wasn't getting enough fresh air in the early part of the 20th century, one of these window cages did the trick. Thankfully this trendy home feature was short lived! I wonder if the little guy pictured here remembers hanging off this high rise?
