The best real estate decision I ever personally made was to purchase a home with a screened porch. In Upstate South Carolina, our climate is very mild most of the time, making a screened porch ideal. As this project unfurls, it is bringing more and more engineering jobs, management jobs, and other high paying work to the Upstate.
