I found a great list of walking trails in Chandler that I would like to pass on. The walks vary from 1-8+ miles and are in several different areas of Chandler.
For example, near my office there is a 1.49 mile dog walk that begins just south of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road and goes down to Ryan Park and Hancock Elementary School and back. remax infinity: Biggest Gain on Home Prices in 6 Years!

An article on thestreet.com this morning reports that home prices nationally rose 8.3% in December from a year earlier, which is the biggest gain since 2006 according to CoreLogic. The states with the highest appreciation in December were Arizona at 20%, Nevada at 15.3%, Idaho at 14.6%, California at 12.6% and Hawaii at 12.5%. Only Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois and Delaware did not post increases.
It's good to see home prices on the the rebound! According to CoreLogic's Pending Sales Index, prices are expected to rise 7.9% in January from a year earlier.
