lender: Help Save the FHA Down Payment Assistance Programs! - 08/06/08 05:23 AM
Call To Action!!!
An unfortunate part of the recently signed housing legislation is slated to eliminate the Downpayment Assistance programs that allow Sellers to contribute the FHA loan down-payment through programs like Nehemiah.
There is a new proposal, H.R. 6694 that would save the Downpayment Assistance programs.  I encourage you to write your representative and encourage them to Approve H.R. 6694.  The Nehemiah Program is making it easy to write your representative, simply visit http://www.GetDownPayment.com and follow the link under the Countdown Clock.
The Downpayment Assistance Programs have helped thousands of Buyers get a home!

lender: Skagit Valley Paintball... - 12/02/07 07:02 PM
I recently learned that Skagit Valley Paintball has an indoor arena.  Anyone been there? How is it? I'm a little curious and thinking that maybe we should get some real estate agents and lenders out there...
I can think of several that could use shooting!!     - um what I really mean is that it would be a nice way to meet other agents/lenders in a unique setting filled with teamwork and a lot of other politically/socially correct stuff...  ya, that...  ;-)
Sound like fun??  Please let me know if you're interested!
Here's a link to their web-site:http://www.skagitvalleypaintball.com/
