I understand that an agent feels the need to leave one company for another from time to time. I believe that more than not, it's a case of 'the grass is always greener' but that's a whole different blog... Today I want to talk to those agents who have made that move, and about how RIDICULOUS your signs look with your OLD sign riders stuck on them. There's a company in Omaha who's signs have blue and white theme, very professional with a white background and blue lettering on the individual agent's sign riders.
