Last night I was doing some late night Christmas shopping and ran into an agent that my husband and I had worked with this past year. She made the comment to me that she really felt that she was in the right place. I asked her if she had left her company, and she said that she was now working full time for the county. Gary Keller has done it again! His new book, SHIFT, How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times should be available soon in the major book stores. However, those of us who attended Mega Agent Camp in Austin, TX this week were able to purchase copies of the book! I have been reading it, and it is fabulous! I can't put it down! Gary Keller is a true visionary. The book is validating what I have believed since Gary warned all the KW agents about the coming shift in the market.
