As March came to a close so did 19 listings! Home prices have continued to appreciate and there are no signs which indicate a slow down. Demand still proves to be very strong as 31 homes during the month went "Pending Sale" compared to only 26 New Listings coming to market. As you can see lack of inventory is continuing to drive prices upward. The question becomes, how long is it before people moving to and living in Taylor are no longer willing to pay the historic prices homes are being sold … (1 comments)
