As March came to a close so did 19 listings! Home prices have continued to appreciate and there are no signs which indicate a slow down. Demand still proves to be very strong as 31 homes during the month went "Pending Sale" compared to only 26 New Listings coming to market. As you can see lack of inventory is continuing to drive prices upward. The question becomes, how long is it before people moving to and living in Taylor are no longer willing to pay the historic prices homes are being sold (1 comments)

Taylor, TX Weekly Real Estate Market Update There are currently 23 residential listings on the market We have only 6 homes in the 125k to 150k price range 9 Homes are 180k or more! (It is very unusual to have more above 180k than between the 125k - 150k) The average list price is about $184k The average square footage is 2,205 sq ft (This is a high avg for Taylor) 23 Homes are currently pending sale 6 New Homes have gone under contract in the past 7 days Only 3 New Homes have come to market in the past 7 days 5 (7 comments)
