So why not give our sellers some easy, relatively low cost, DIY ideas to spruce up the outward appearance of their homes to make it warm and inviting?! As a real estate agent, most of my marketing and ideas center around buyers and sellers, often times not focusing on renters because, hey, let's be honest, its not up there in the commission category.
