Sadly, when it comes to looking at homes, buyers do initially judge a book by its cover! So why not give our sellers some easy, relatively low cost, DIY ideas to spruce up the outward appearance of their homes to make it warm and inviting?! Most of these fix it yourself ideas cost below $50 and there are all sorts of resources on the internet for sellers to research when it comes to this stuff.
