Frequently we speak with clients about communities. We talk about school zones, proximity to shopping or healthcare, and special attributes that distinguish one area from another. All of these things are truly important to buyers especially those relocating from outside the area. There is another type of community though that many clients are very interested in but honestly, I gave very little consideration to discussing until recently….. those are certain types of fitness communities.
