I am sure you have heard from the media and other real estate professionals that we are in a buyers market. What you have been hearing is true! In fact real estate really is a tale of two markets.... A seller's Market (which we were in as recently as a few years ago) and a Buyer's Market (which we have shifted into now). Real Estate and more specifically housing has become a commodity, much like going out to buy a computer or t.v.
