Interesting thing happened.... I found that by linking the ad to my website I was able to geographically track where I got the most hits from through a tracking feature on my website.  My Listing is in Texas.  I had close to 500,000 hits on the ad.  Most of the hits came from the Northeast...

Kevin Shoop is the Owner and a Premier Hair Stylist.   All the Hair Stylists in Kevin's shop are Premier Stylists.  They are all very talented and VERY good at what they do.  They have created a fun and down-to-earth environment without compromising the relaxing preferential treatment for all their clients !!  Kevin's Lattes' are to die for !!  My favorite hair treatment is his conditioner with the hot towel wrap....It's sooo relaxing.

      <description>Most Communities have websites in place so that a Potential Home Buyer can review the City Ordinances prior to investing in a home within that community. Why should a Buyer be concerned with City Ordinances?  Because It could be a matter of life or death in at least one growing rural Texas community....Recently, a Texas Community was featured on the news because the residents are concerned with all the hunters allowed to hunt with rifles in a field behind their homes....       <description>&lt;img src="https://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/1/4/6/2/0/ar119358713602641.jpg"&gt;                              I read the newspaper everyday....Today there was an article about a man who has lung problems because he would eat microwave popcorn everyday and the fumes from the popcorn has been linked to his lung problems.  Additionally, the article claims that workers from the manufacturing facility have health issues as well.... I google it and found an article on this issue....                                http://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=83684In the Real Estate Office that I work in,  we have a lot of Agents and support staff.... Almost every-time I'm in the office someone is popping up some microwave popcorn....I have been making my own microwave popcorn for years...  It is so simple and contains no chemicals or cooking oils ..... Ingredients:A package of regular popcorn  ( I buy a jar of Orville Redenbacher's)brown paper lunch bag ( I use the larger size)
Optional melted Butter for the topping
salt to taste
Fill the large brown paper lunch bag with a good sold layer of the popcorn.  Close the top of the bag tight by folding it down a couple times and squishing it tight.  Place in the microwave and press the popcorn button or cook on high about 3 minutes...   Because some microwaves are more powerful than others, when your popcorn  slows down on the popping remove immediately or it will start to burn.       Optional:  Swirl the melted butter on top of your finished popcorn and salt to taste. Note:  I have found from experience,  that you can only use the bag one time.  So for every bag of popcorn you make, you will need a new brown paper lunch bag.  Do not use any cooking oils or you will have a huge mess in your microwave.             Lauren Corna</description>

There was a tent set up with fresh homemade Texas style Kettle Corn !!Tickets are available online...http://www.dragondrama.net/   October 5 - October 31.My daughter and I went thru the Haunted Ship last weekend...It's very well organized.... Scary !!   About 15 people are let in at a time. I had the pleasures of going thru with another Mom and the rest were all kids.... It was sooo scary that a 12 year old boy grabbed onto the back of my jacket and hung on throughout the entire time !!  I got a little wet at the end...       <description>&lt;img src="https://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/6/1/5/4/1/ar119238856214516.jpg"&gt;   I have been in foreclosure properties that look like a crime scene.  It's quite apparent that the Homeowner was disgruntled and decided to destroy the home.  I have seen the built-in appliances torn from the wall.  I have seen doors removed.  I have seen the meters removed.  I have seen the water heater removed.  anything not attached was removed....It is not the Lenders fault that the home has gone into a foreclosure.  The Lender is not in business to own homes.  Additionally, it is not the Lenders fault because you might be in a wrong loan program for your needs.  Your loan program is determined by you and your Loan Officer / Loan Originator.  The foreclosure process is expensive and could range from $30,000 - $40,000.  Freddie Mac claims that the foreclosure process costs $60,000.Homeowners know when they have financial problems.  The minute this becomes an issue it is important to create a plan to financially manage all creditors and understand that monthly payments are weighted differently.                                     Don't wait until your home falls into a foreclosure status to do something !!!Here in Texas, the Homeowner needs to understand what the Homestead Rights means and how it applies to them. If a Homeowner understood how the Homestead Rights worked they would understand how their  monthly payments should be allocated to their creditors with respect to how they are weighted....Meaning, the Homeowner needs to contact all their creditors to adjust their monthly payments to allow the Homeowner to pay the mortgage first.  The mortgage needs to be paid first.Texas Homestead Rights can easily be found on the  web....
