OK so they are not all selling but my listings are. The magic number seems to be around seventy days. I will admit I do have one listing that has gotten up to seventy seven days. Although I admit that the oldest one has just gone under contract. I am just sorry it took me all weekend to negotiate the deal. Of course long distance negotiations take a little longer. But with deals like four days from list to contract and selling pocket listings before they are even listed does help keep my average under 30 DAYS. I know if you (2 comments)
