Below are data tables that show the market correction which took place more dramatically between 2006 and 2007. We experienced a pullback or slowing in volume sales, decrease in average sold price and in some cases, an increase in the number of days on the market. The sold price % to list price has been fairly stable in 2007 and 2008 for all four counties with Towns slipping only slightly.
