I am frequently asked about new or newer townhome developments in the Carrollton/Plano area. I have taken clients to the Shops at Prestonwood several times in the past year to check out the various styles and floorplans offered. The location is great: on Park/Hebron Parkway and very close to both the N. Dallas Tollway and the George Bush Tollway. When completed, the development will include a Clubhouse, Community Pool, Trails, and Retail. D.R. Horton has some very appealing floorplans and the staff if very easy to work with.
