When designers start work on a project, it’s fairly typical for their clients to share big, personal dreams for their space. But when owner-designer SuzAnn Kletzien of SuzAnn Kletzien Design started working on a modern condo in Chicago’s Aqua Tower, she learned that her client was more interested in seeing where Kletzien’s creativity would go than sharing her own ideas.
