Eagle County dollar volume of $697,424,200 tops the other Colorado resort markets consisting of Summit, Routt, Pitkin and Garfield Counties. The next closest county in sales volume is Pitkin County with $493,521,839. Through April, Eagle County has the 3rd most transactions with 497 of the mountain resort counties, behind Summit County (618) and Garfield County (585).While the market continues to remain slow compared to previous years, the high end residential properties continue to move with 30 properties over $4 million selling in the first 4 months of the year.
