We had 4 homes to see in one short evening with my first time home buyer. I had heard it earlier in our outing but at the last home, I heard it again... "Wow. These guys are serious!". I still remember the first call... It was a bright early fall day and a new lead had into our company's website. He actually included his # when he registered on the site and it was "my turn" to get the lead. It was a young man who already owned a 2 family home and was looking to add more. After all, nows the time to get a deal, right? ;) He assured me that he was all set with the $$ and would not be turned off by anything that needed work. That was October 2010.
