BIG NEWS at Miranda Real Estate Group! Few people realize that Real Estate Agents are running their own business. They're independent contractors who park their license within a brokerage, do NOT collect a salary, do NOT have one stich of benefits, and do NOT collect ONE DIME of compensation until the job is done. And yes, if time is invested and nothing is purchased, well we hope the people we spent the time with were pleasant. LOL
