Nearly daily, I seem to be having a conversation with people about the horrors of their home buying experience. I think back on ours too (which happened long before my career started in real estate) and can only think of one word: YIKES!
I can't believe the risks we took and the "professionals" that we enlisted to help us reach our goal. Luckily (& it WAS luck because the skill profile was lacking across the board!!!), it all worked out but... WOW!!! So fast forward to now... Quite honestly, there are a lot of opportunities for frustration in the home buying (& selling!) … (4 comments)
