Renovations are underway in Clubhouse I located in 55+ Active Senior Community of Leisure World of Maryland. The contractor is now several weeks into the renovation of Clubhouse One lobby and corridors. The demo and replacement of ceiling tiles and lights is almost completed. All existing wallpaper demo has been done. Preparation of walls in the corridors and lobby for new paint and paper is also completed. Priming and painting of walls is ongoing.
