To be perfectly honest with whoever might be reading this, this is the first time I'm writing a blog. I've heard about them, but I can't say that I fully understand what they are, and how they work. If anyone can give a very simple explanation, I'd certainly appreciate it. A little about me......I'm a REALTOR in Ocala, Florida. Ocala is located about 1-1/2 hours north of Orlando and about 40 miles south of Gainesville. The weather is terrific and it's a great place to live.
