THE POCONO REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2012. The number of homes sold for the First Quarter of 2012 in Pocono Real Estate were 315. When compared to last year for the same time frame (298) our numbers are up by 5%. YAHOO! Out of the 315 homes sold for the First Quarter of 2012, Foreclosures accounted for 95 of them or approximately 30% of the total sales. It's been all over Facebook and other newsfeed that the Eagles are coming to the Poconos. It is the time of year when they go to the rivers for food, with the lakes being frozen. There are numerous vantage points around the Tri-County Pocono area.
The one that sounds the most exciting to me to visit is the Eagle Institute in Lackawaxen, PA. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to get there this weekend. (weather permitting of course) Check them out by clicking here Hope you all get a chance to go and see one. … (2 comments)
