Selling your Poconos home - Your Poconos Realtor can not do it alone. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it thrice. Listening to your Realtor is so very nice. Neutral, neutral is what the walls should be. A nicer home you will not see. Repairs are complete, standard items are done to code, then the inspection will not push your Buyer to the road. Clutter cramps visibility. Clean it out, Pack it away, show what ALL your home can be. Professional staging is the way to go. Optimum furniture placement, you and I do not know.
