As we listen to the media tell us how bad the real estate market is we tend to believe what they tell us. We need to stop listening to the media and start asking your local Realtors what the market is really like where you live. Every area has a different real estate. The market in Lewisburg is seeing some pricing adjustments but we saw this happen the last time the market was soft in other areas.
