As we all get ready for Thanksgiving let us remember those who are separated from family and friends while keeping us free and safe.  Give thanks for all our troops wherever they are in the world.  It is because of them that we are able to  sit with our families say grace and give thanks without fear.  As you are taking that minute to be thankful say a prayer for our troops.  I will.

As we listen to the media tell us how bad the real estate market is we tend to believe what they tell us.  We need to stop listening to the media and start asking your local Realtors what the market is really like where you live.  Every area has a different real estate.  The market in Lewisburg is seeing some pricing adjustments but we saw this happen the last time the market was soft in other areas.  Our local Board of Realtors have closed about 15% fewer properties than the same time last year.  Properties are being listed and sold so … (0 comments)
