This graph shows the average price of homes sold by month in Williamsburg (Zip Codes 23185 and 23188) from April 2000 through December 2008. It suggests that our market peak was in the early Summer of 2006. While the market has fallen a bit since then, it's perhaps just a single digit percentage. Clearly, the bottom hasn't fallen out!
