Houston Radio Station The Eagle Holds "Rock the Cure” Radiothon Houston Radio station The Eagle is holding its annual December fundraiser which supports Children with cancer on Thursday December 3 and Friday December 4. The event is titled Eagle Rocks for a Cure Radiothon 2015. AllfFunds raised during this 2 day Radiothon will go to Texas Children’s Hospital. These funds will be used to help facilitate child patient care and education at Texas Children’s Cancer Center. This center is the largest pediatric hematology and oncology center in this nation. Obviously this is a great cause to support.

Fundraiser for KVPAC at Alamo Drafthouse Katy Visual & Performing Arts Center (KVPAC) will hold a fundraiser on Wednesday August 14, 2013 at the Alamo Drafthouse on Mason Road in Katy. The movie Labyrinth made in the 1986 will be shown starting at 5 PM. Some folks call Labyrinth one of the coolest movies of the 1980’s decade.

Carrie’s Heart a 501.(c) (3) non-profit organization based in Houston is hosting a fundraiser at Agave Real which is located at 1250 FM 1463 Katy Texas 77494 and phone being 281-395-5070. This event will be held on Thursday August 8, 2013 and starts at 6 PM and it lasts until 9 PM.
Agave Real in Katy is a wedding coordination and catering business that also holds special events such as this one.

As I have mentioned previously in a blogs, Katy ISD has 6 high Schools in its system with a seventh being built right now. Morton Ranch High School is one of these schools and is holding a Project Prom fundraiser with a bowling theme. The event will be held at Times Square Entertainment complex on Sunday January 15, 2012 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. The cost is $15 per person by paying in advance and $20 per person on the day of the event.
