The West Houston Quilters Guild will hold its 20TH annual Quilt Show on Friday April 5. 2013 and on Saturday April 6, 2013. The Friday show starts at 9 AM and lasts until 5 PM while the Saturday show starts at 9 AM and runs until 4 PM. The show will feature over 200 handmade quilts and over 30 vendors.

The last 3 months or so I have had the question asked by several potential buyer clients “Why can’t I find (on the internet) very many available homes for sale in Katy? Most of the ones I like have already been sold”! The unfortunate answer for home buyers is essentially a simple one as the market is a sellers market in Katy and the surrounding areas. Food at Jersey Mike's in Katy is Excellent
Jersey Mike’s Subs just opened in Katy Texas in the Grand Lakes Commercial Center and I posted a blog about the opening which can be seen here. We tried the food the other night as my wife was out of town on a trip with my step-son. The food was absolutely excellent.
I stopped by on Sunday afternoon and this place was packed with customers and there was nowhere to sit. The parking lot was completely full with folks actually waiting until someone else left. the restaurant next door was essentially empty.
