Today I had the customer service department of a major retailer tell me over the phone ‘As a courtesy to you Mr. Gilbert we will waive the interest charges from your latest bill”. I was taken aback as Wait a Darn Minute it was part of the original deal and not a courtesy to me..Let me explain..
