Pine Mill Ranch Katy New Home Sale and Closing My clients closed today on their new home in Pine Mill Ranch Katy TX. They had to sell their prior home to remove the contingency before a certain point in time. I listed their home back in Late July and it sold in 16 days per MLS but in reality it 14 days.
