Katy Old Fashioned Christmas Festival 2016 On Saturday December 3 , 2016 an Old Fashioned Christmas Festival is being sponsored by Katy Market Days in partnership with the City of Katy. The Festival will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Avenue B in Old Town or Historic Katy as Avenue B is essentially where a many of the participating merchants stores are located or are located close by in Old Katy Texas.
