Evergreen Meadows West is a beautiful community spanning the hillside just above the Jefferson County open Space: Flying J Ranch. The land was originally part of the ranch and was developed with consideration to the owners aviation passion. The names of the streets in Evergreen Meadows West are all related to airplanes! Street names like: Warhawk, Corsair, Marauder, Thunderbolt and Bearcat might take some back to the dogfights of World War II but in Conifer the names take us to homes in the mountains above a peaceful meadow!
