Green Valley Ranch has a variety of homes for sale in Conifer, Colorado. A large community (roughly 200 original home sites platted) with options for a variety of horse properties. In Jefferson County, where Conifer and Green Valley Ranch is, zoning and acreage are two factors when determining if a home is suitable for horses. In Green Valley Ranch homes have three horse eligible zoning classifications; A-2, MR-1 and MR-2 as well as grassy meadows and several sites with large acreage.
