Kings Valley, also known as Kings Valley Custom Resorts is one of Conifer's largest neighborhoods. WIth over 340 homes in Kings Valley-- there is a wide variety of homes available! The neighborhood is easy to find and located just past Richmond Hill south of the Conifer Town Center on US Highway 285. Kings Valley is on the north side of 285 and is easily recognizable by the new Kum & Go convenience center at the turn off.
