There is a change in the size of real estate offices nationwide right now. Healdsburg has not caught up but will have to soon. For the past several years we saw offices consolidating and creating huge agencies with 50 agents or more. The idea is that if you have all the agents you have market share. The problem is you have 50 agents in one office fighting over the same clients. It creates a very toxic environment as the results are proving now. The City of Healdsburg has announced that the fee’s charged for connecting a commercial business in Healdsburg are being reduced dramatically. When there was a Redevelopment Agency in Healdsburg the high fee’s were to be bought down with grants and a variety of programs over the years. The RDA is gone and we have a new fee structure in place.

Healdsburg Real Estate likes Good Termite Inspectors We are in Califorrnia and the homes here must look like a giant salad bar for termites. They are part of our lives and a good termite inspector with a construction background will help preserve that investment. I strongly recommend the inspector not be from a company that does repair also. You see, when they are bidding repairs they are able to jack the price up of those repairs to prices somewhere in the stratosphere.
