louisville real estate: Why I hate AT&T
- 11/11/11 09:50 AM
If you live or work in Louisville Kentucky near the Hurstbourne and I 64 area you may be experiencing problems with your AT&T phone! In fact, come to think of it , if you live or work in the United States you may be experiencing problems with your AT&T phone! I’m frustrated, I’m angry, I feel that AT&T has let me and others down and I’m tired of it! I had the chance to get out of my At&T contract when Verizon picked up the iPhone and then when Sprint picked up the iPhone but like a jerk I figured AT&T (5 comments)
New Louisville Home Sales Numbers for October 2011 show an encouraging trend. The number of homes that closed last month increased 10.7 percent over the year before. Additionally the number of Louisville homes going under contract last month increased by 11.7 percent (see raw data below). Louisville Kentucky has been steadily moving forward in home sales for the past 4 months. The concern for sellers was that the bottom was falling and there was no end in sight. Based on the numbers we may have hit bottom and now we face an even bigger problem. Proving to buyers that (1 comments)
louisville real estate: Why should every Realtor should switch to an iphone 4s!
- 10/17/11 09:03 AM
One word: SAFTEY! I’ve been underground the past few days trying to absorb the Apple changes from OS to iPods to Phones. I’m afraid I’m still learning, but one thing is for sure, any fears that the new Apple iPhone 4s would be a disappointment are gone. Apple hit a grand slam home run with this new phone. Yes there were problems upgrading to the new software for many of us. But that was because of a major overload on apple servers. I pre-ordered my phone last week and sure enough watched it ship from China on Monday with UPS and (4 comments)

louisville real estate: Remodeling your Louisville Home?
- 01/20/11 06:30 AM
Are you one of the many people living in Louisville wondering if you should remodel parts of the home and stay in it several more years or simply put it on the market and sell it. You might also be thinking it’s time to fix up the house and then sell it. If so here’s the question your probably asking yourself: Where do you spend the money? As an realtor I can tell you the most popular renovations (and the ones that will help sell your home faster) are in the kitchen and master bathroom. Those are the 2 top hot (0 comments)
It's a mixed bag for Louisville Home Owners! According to a new report from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), nationally homes going under contract for November 2010 increased 3.5% in November. That confirms we’re seeing a gradual recovery that should continue into 2011. Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist says “If we add 2 million jobs as expected in 2011, and mortgage rates rise only moderately, we should see existing-home sales rise to a higher, sustainable volume. Locally Louisville Home prices are a mixed bag of results. A new Federal Reserve report shows Louisville housing prices have actually notched up (0 comments)
louisville real estate: Looking forward to Home Sales in 2011
- 12/21/10 05:11 AM
For the past 6 months I’ve been looking at our Louisville KY Real Estate market and trying to sort out the good from the bad. Specifically what do we as Realtors do "right" and what do we get "wrong". The good news is there’s a lot that we do that’s good. The bad news is some of my fellow realtors don’t get the basic theory that the picture is worth a thousand words. All too often buyers look at listings that offer a handful of pictures that are dark, blurry or poorly framed. I’ve always been a fan of high quality photographs. (0 comments)
louisville real estate: Louisville Kentucky July Home Sales Skyrocket!
- 08/01/09 03:45 AM
Louisville Home Sales Skyrocket! It's the home sale version of the cash for clunkers car rebate! Louisville area home sales for the month of July jumped through the roof in July of 2009. Our area saw a 21% increase in home sales from July 2008 but were still 13% below the levels of July 2007 (before the housing market tanked). Another great sign that the Louisville housing market is going in the right direction, homes going under contract in July 2009 compared to the year before were up 32%.The peak performing home prices were in the 100,000- 160,000 and 200,000-250,000 price ranges. louisville real estate: We ask for help from our clients
- 01/25/09 12:54 AM
We're hitting the ground running for 2009! I'm a card carrying member of Brian Buffini's organization and many of us have started a 90 day blitz. I'm also a major supporter of Howard Brinton's Star Power Organization and we're all trying to think outside the box and jump start 2009. Recently at a small group meeting in Columbus Ohio of Real Pro Website members Joe Linnger used a small flip cam to record our meeting. That started me thinking, and 2 weeks ago I bought one of my own flips and start a video blog. Friday, 1/23/09 I put together a (4 comments)

louisville real estate: What's helping us to sell homes? Video!
- 08/28/08 07:53 AM
I was looking for an extra edge to sell homes and at the same time blow away the competition's listing presentations. We found what we needed when we started doing Exclusive TV Videos. The listing featured in the video went under contract in 3 hours close to asking price. We now created a new blog site for our videos: http://wwwlouisvillehomestv.com/ I have a number of other video's on my website. I add them every couple of days. Visit www.WeSellLouisville.com. louisville real estate: Luxury Living in St. Mathews! 400 Wendover Ave.
- 06/27/08 10:05 AM
This home has just been completely renovated and expanded. Walk in the front door to an open living room with vaulted ceilings, sunlight window, hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace with gas starter. Plantation shutters are on all new windows. There’s a warm, rich feeling in here yet the room is bright and airy. Next into the dining room (which use to be the kitchen), its open bright and works well to enhance the main floor. < < (0 comments)
