Maybe I am a little to simple minded but I am pretty sure even I can figure out 9-9-9!

BTW- One of the questions that comes up regarding 9-9-9 is what will pevent it from becoming 15-15-15 (or worse)?  Herman Cain touches on that as well as what is wrong with the Romney jobs plan in today's Dick Morris Lunch alert video.

Now that the tax credits are expired many areas are seeing price declines.  Buyers who missed out or waited are coming out ahead! The combination of low interest rates, high supply, and lowered demand make it a great time to buy for those who are ready.

New home sales have their largest drop in decades and there are a ton of fraudulaent claims on the home buyer tax credit.  So now that the tax credit is expired what was accomplished?  The tax credit artificially inflated the buyer market and we have millions of dollars in fraudulent claims.  The market is now deflating since the tax credit is gone and we are still paying the bill.  The long term solution is not gov't give aways but instead to create a strong economic climate that will create confidence and investment. The fair tax and home ownership

I believe that there would be benefits to the entire economy by implementing the fair tax. Just imagine the economic power of every American keeping 100% of their paycheck! ....Plus every American getting a "prebate check" every month to off set the tax on essential items.  

But what about my home interest deduction?
